Building the Log Smash Rig

The log smash rig was a crucial part of our plan to smash the AT-S in the Battle of Endo. However, building the rig was not an easy task. Initially, we planned to use strings, but it was not feasible as they were never going to line up, causing the rig to clip to one side. Therefore, we decided to use PVC coated in Magic Sculp and sculpted the log texture over it. To give it more punch, we added a lead pipe. Though the rig looked perfect, it was super fragile, making us nervous.

Testing the Rig

To test the rig, we used an orange car and checked how much we could crush it. The test was successful, and the rig looked like the strings were doing the job. We were thrilled to see the outcome, and it was a hundred times better than we thought it would be. The GoPros were rolling, and we made the same face as in the movie. It was like a dream come true for us.

Conclusion

Building the log smash rig was a challenging task, but it was worth it. The successful test of the rig has boosted our confidence to smash the AT-S in the Battle of Endo. We can’t wait to see the rig in action and hope to see people’s reactions. We made it, and we are ready for the battle!
